Watts+Sparks, a Nigerian company, wanted to make the country's "first lifestyle brand". They wanted to create a brand to reflect an approachable, yet upscale aesthetic. I partnered with this forward-thinking company for complete brand creation, which included product development, branding, marketing, and export to Nigeria.
Worked closely with leadership team of ONEHOPE Wines, a Robert Mondavi Jr brand, to create the "Butterfly Series". My company was the first to forge entry of ONEHOPE into Asian markets. We generated a 400% increase in sales by developing a line specific to the Chinese market and by deploying 3-tiered marketing and sales strategy in targeted cities.
